Mullica Township Schools

The Mullica Township Schools is a community public school district that serves students in pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade from Mullica Township, in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States.
As of the 2011-12 school year, the district's two schools had an enrollment of 724 students and 57.6 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.57:1.〔(District information for Mullica Township School District ), National Center for Education Statistics. The Mullica Township Board of Education voted in November 2009 to close the Hilda E. Frame School, which had served pre-kindergarten students. The reasons cited included declining enrollment which allowed the students which were at Frame to attend the regular elementary school facility.〔(Mullica Township School Newsletter ), February 2010. Since the 2007-08 school year, as part of an agreement with the Washington Township School District, Green Bank Elementary School receives additional teaching support from the Mullica district and shares its superintendent and business administrator.
